This Modification application has been filed by the petitioner for modification of the order dated 4.3.2020 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. 66266 of 2019.

The Petitioner was allowed anticipatory bail by the order dated 4.3.2020 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. 66266 of 2019 by which he was directed to surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order but due to Covid-19 Pandemic, he could not surrender within stipulated period and, hence, pray

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59034 of 2021(2) dt.06-10-2021 2/2 that time granted by this Court to the petitioner for surrender be extended by further four weeks.

Regards being had to the submission made by the petitioner, this Modification application is allowed and further four weeks time is granted from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order to the petitioner to surrender before the learned IInd Additional District and Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, Excise, Rohtas at Sasaram, in connection with Sasaram (M) P.S. Case4 No. 1263 of 2017 in terms of the order dated 4.3.2020 passed in Cr. Misc.66266 of 2019.

This modification application is accordingly allowed to the extent as aforesaid.
