This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Raniganj P.S. Case No. 84 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 379, 511, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been levelled against the petitioner and other accused persons to have stolen the motorcycle of the informant.

Considering the nature of allegation this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. -VI, Araria, in connection with Raniganj P.S.
