JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks direction to the respondents to revise the date of promotion from Class-IV to Class-III employee of Zila Parishad from 22.08.2008 to 08.03.2007, the date on which his juniors have been granted promotion to Class-III post. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent Zila Parishad. Learned counsel for Zila Parishad submits that the petitioner has suppressed the fact that he has earlier moved this Court for grant of promotion promotion, bearing C.W.J.C. No. 1907 of 1997, which was disposed of on 01.04.1997. Besides this, the petitioner did not take part in the competitive examination held for the purpose of promotion from

Patna High Court CWJC No.2090 of 2013 (3) dt.06-10-2015 2 / 2 Class-IV to Class-III.

I find no merit in this writ application, it is accordingly, dismissed.
