2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jalley P.S. Case No. 104/2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147/148/149/224/225/332/333/354(B) and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner and other accused persons are said to have forcibly got three family freed from the police.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 24.05.2024 and he has clean antecedent.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga/concerned court in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52313 of 2024(2) dt.07-08-2024 2/2 connection with Jalley P.S. Case No. 104/2024.

6. The petitioner is directed to mark his attendance in Jalley Police Station on 1st Sunday and 3rd Sunday of every month. Failure to do so, will result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
