The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 280 C of 2016 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 323 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there is nothing on the record to show that petitioner had taken any money. The allegations levelled are totally false and concocted. The aggrieved persons have not lodged any complaint against this petitioner. Although the allegations are false, but the same is for illegal purpose. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

No.36722 of 2017 (3) dt.23-08-2017 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 1st Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Complaint Case No. 280 C of 2016 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
