JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-10-2015 The petitioner prays disposal of Supply Case no. 6 of 2012 wherein he has challenged a demand notice for a sum of Rs.7,08,402/- towards the value of undistributed rice calculated at the APL rate. The petitioner submits that earlier he had filed C.W.J.C.No. 1444 of 2012 which had been disposed of on 3.5.2012 with a liberty to move the District Magistrate, Motihari. He states that he has filed an appeal, in 2012. The writ petition is disposed of with direction to the District Magistrate, Motihari to dispose of petitioner's appeal within three months from the date of receipt of this order, in light of order dated 3.5.2012.
