The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Gaya Muffasil P.S. Case No. 401 of 2015 registered under Section 302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report. Petitioner is not concerned with the alleged occurrence. There is case and counter case between the parties. Both sides sustained injuries. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
