Learned Counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defect(s), as pointed out by the office, within a period of four weeks.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 304B, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is that the accused persons including the petitioner caused death of the sister of the informant due to nonfulfilment of demand of dowry. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 13.01.2022 and has got no criminal antecedent. Charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48758 of 2022(2) dt.21-12-2022 2/2 alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased. She is separate in mess and property from the husband of the deceased. She has got no concern with the alleged occurrence.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the complaint case/F.I.R. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate I, Bhagalpur in connection with Akbarnagar P.S. case No.81/2021 (G.R. No.2678/2021).
