2. The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 18.04.2016 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 17282 of 2011.

3. At the outset itself, learned counsel for the opposite parties states that LPA No. 1213 of 2016 (The Bharat Coking Coal Ltd. and Anr. Vs. M/s Bandana Fuel Industries and Anr.) has since been allowed and the matter has been directed for fresh decision by the writ court.
