The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Biraul P.S. Case No. 63 of 2013 registered under Sections 147, 148, 324, 307, 448, 504 and 302 of Indian Penal Code.

The prayer for bail on behalf of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 26.03.2014.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in jail custody since 01. 05. 2013. Hence, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial and try to conclude the same at the earliest even taking it on day to day basis as also by taking coercive steps against the witnesses for ensuring their attendance.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44246 of 2014 (4) dt.03-02-2016 It may be mentioned that if the processes, issued are not respected, then the trial court may take coercive steps against the witnesses.
