JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 18-12-2015 The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 04.01.2011 passed in Land Ceiling Pre-emption Revision No.435 of 2007 by the respondent Commissioner, Saran Division, Chapra, as contained in Annexure-3, whereby the aforesaid revision application filed on behalf of the respondent no.5 has been allowed.
In the considered opinion of this Court, against the order impugned, the petitioner has an alternative and equally efficacious remedy before the learned Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna in view of the provisions contained in Section 9 of The Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009.
In above view of the matter, the present writ petition is dismissed.
However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the learned Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna for grant of
Patna High Court CWJC No.21834 of 2013 (2) dt.18-12-2015 appropriate relief(s) with respect to the lands in question claimed by her as also with respect to the order impugned. (Birendra Prasad Verma, J) Arvind/- U
