2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with S.Tr. No. 204 of 2023, arising out of Maharajganj P.S. Case No.128 of 2022 lodged under Sections 307, 326/34 of the IPC read with Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application of the petitioner has earlier been rejected vide order dated 18.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.10782 of 2024 with liberty that he may renew his prayer for bail two months after framing of charge.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner's antecedent is not clean. There are 10

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the petitioner's antecedent is not clean. There are 11 criminal cases pending against him including the present one in which he has been made accused under section 302 of the IPC in five cases.

6. Counsel further submits that progress report has been called for. From the report, it transpires that prosecution witness is going on and trial may be concluded within 7 to 8 months.

7. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Therefore, the bail application of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
