2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 256 of 2025 dated 03.05.2025 registered for the offences punishable under sections 127(6), 143(3), 144(2), 64 and 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and sections 3, 4, 5, 6 ,7 and 8 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956.

The main submissions advanced by petitioner's counsel are that the instant matter relates to immoral activity which was allegedly found running at three hotels and several ladies, girls and male persons were apprehended by the police team, though as per the allegation the petitioner was found at a hotel running by one Guddu Mahto but the said allegation is completely false as he was not present inside the said hotel rather

No.47506 of 2025(2) dt.04-08-2025 2/2 he was present in the shade of the said hotel, which is situated outside the hotel and he was made accused mainly on the basis of suspicion. It is further submitted that the petitioner has been languishing in jail since 05.05.2025 and has never remained involved in similar type of alleged activity and one co-accused Rajesh Kumar, carrying almost similar nature of allegation, has been granted bail by this Bench vide order dated 21.07.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43972/2025. It is lastly submitted that there is no allegation against this petitioner as to running any of the alleged hotels.

4. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid submissions, this Court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court concerned in connection with Vaishali P.S.
