CORAM:
HONOURABLE MR.
JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-10-2015 In my view, the petitioner should prefer revision application against the order dated 13.2.2012 passed by the Collector, Muzaffarpur affirming the order dated 8.11.2010 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Muzaffarpur.
In case a revision application is filed by the petitioner, the learned Commissioner would be sympathetic enough to condone the delay as the petitioner was pursuing his remedy before this court. It is expected that the revision application would be disposed of within a period of four months from the date of its filing.
With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ application stands disposed of.
