2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 78 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Section-414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegedly, the petitioner along with another was arrested when both of them were found riding on a stolen motorcycle.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner without knowing the fact that it was a stolen motorcycle became the pillion rider of the said motorcycle which was being driven by co-accused Naushad. The petitioner is a person of clean antecedent. He is languishing in judicial

5. Learned counsel appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Sitamarhi in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 78 of 2024 subject to the condition that the petitioner will cooperate in trial and shall make himself available as and when required by the court.
