The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 379, 307, 504, 506 and 324/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Dispute has taken place on account of cleaning of drain water. Allegation has been made against the petitioner that he has caused injury on the head of the informant by iron rod.
