Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered under Section 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation in brief is that the informant's husband committed suicide in his residential house because the petitioner no.2 was making pressure for issuance of No Dues Certificate. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner no.1 is a retired Head master of that school and petitioner no.2 is his son and allegation is that he was making pressure for issuance of No Dues Certificate but earlier no such complaint is made by the deceased to any higher authority moreover, the informant' wife of the deceased has annexed a
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30502 of 2017 (2) dt.07-07-2017 2/2 suicidal note of the deceased with F.I.R. showing that Block Education Officer and Coordinator used to threaten him. These petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the said facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner, namely, Triveni Ram and Mantu Kumar be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Masaurhi, Patna in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No.414 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
