The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 341, 323, 337, 308 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that there was some dispute in the village in which petitioners have assaulted the informant. Annexure-2 is injury report which is simple in nature.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, let petitioners, namely, Suraj Ram alias Suraj Kumar Ram,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
