This application has been preferred seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Jadishpur P.S. Case No. 215 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that so far as this petitioner is concerned, the allegation against him is of giving a Bhalla blow which caused injury in the left hand of the informant. It is submitted that in the injury report it will appear that the Doctor has noticed only abrasion 0.5 c.m X 0.3 c.m size over posterior aspect of middle phalange of index finger of left hand.

In the given facts and circumstances of the case and considering the nature of injury caused by the petitioner, in case of arrest or surrender of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today, the abovenamed petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.15,000/- (rupees fifteen thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 215 of 2018, subject to the condition that petitioner shall join the investigation by reporting to the Investigating Officer within a period of two weeks from today and shall cooperate in course of investigation, failing which the Investigating Officer shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bond. This will be in addition to condition prescribed under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
