2. The Court by order dated 06.10.2017, had granted four weeks time to file an affidavit showing full payment of maintenance in terms of the order passed by the Principal Court. The same has not been done till date.

3. For this violation, the Court could have also initiated proceeding. However, without resorting to such course, in the considered opinion of the Court, the petitioner not complying with the order of the Court cannot except any relief from the same Court

Patna High Court CWJC No.3055 of 2016 dt.22-11-2018 2/2 whose order he chooses not to comply with.

4. Accordingly, for the reasons aforesaid, the writ petition stands dismissed.
