JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-05-2021 The present writ petition has been taken up for consideration through the mode of Video conferencing in view of the prevailing lock-down on account of COVID 19 Pandemic, requiring social distancing.

The present petition has been filed seeking a direction upon the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment on compassionate ground in lieu of the death of the father of the petitioner in harness on 17.06.2008, while he

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be approaching the respondent no. 5 i.e. the Chairman, Bihar State Madrasa Education Board, Patna for redressal of his grievances.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 5 and in case appropriate application is filed within a period of eight weeks from today, appropriate decision, in accordance with law, shall be taken thereupon expeditiously.
