JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 23-07-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Nagar (Hajipur Town) P.S. Case No. 188 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 379, 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is that the pick pocketer deposited the pick pocketed money with this petitioner and from his possession the money was recovered. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the instant case the pick pocketer against whom there is allegation of pick pocketing has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 22.05.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 33681 of 2019. The petitioner is in custody since 4.3.2019.

Case No. 188 of 2019.
