Case No. 7 of 2019, dated 04.01.2019, instituted for the offence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner appears to be the author of the fatal injury and the only ground urged on behalf of the petitioner in his defense is that there has not been any repetition of blow and, therefore, the case would fall not

However, considering the fact that the petitioner is the author of the fatal injury, I am not inclined to grant bail to him for the present. The petition is dismissed.
