JUSTICE RAJIV ROY ORAL ORDER 14-03-2023 It has been fairly submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that ultimately his aim is to get the GPF money which for a certain period has been denied to him. Further submission is that since the petitioner has retired in the year 2010, he may be given liberty to file a writ petition with specific prayer to get his GPF paid. So far as the present case is concerned, this Court does not find any error in the order of learned Additional Sessions Judge-14, Patna passed on 20.5.2015.
