2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nayagaon P.S. Case No. 30 of 2025 for the offence under Section 191(2), 190, 115(2), 352, 351(2) and 76 of the BNS and under Section 8 and 12 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of molesting a minor victim.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 5.5.2025 and he claims to have clean antecedent.

5. The learned senior counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has sufficiently been punished for his offence and he also submits that the petitioner is working in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45042 of 2025(2) dt.30-07-2025 2/2 Sri Ram Life Insurance Company and his career will remain in jeopardy, if he remains in custody. He further submits that the petitioner will also cooperate in the trial.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-VII-cumExclusive Special Judge, POCSO Act, Begusarai/concerned Court below in connection with Nayagaon P.S. Case No. 30 of 2025.

8. As a condition of this order, the petitioner, after being released on bail is directed to co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer in the trial Court on each and every date fixed by the trial Court. Non-compliance of the condition will result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner.
