JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-10-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Paraiya P. S. Case No. 183 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 306, 498A, 109 and 34 of IPC. As per F.I.R. petitioners and other accused persons have an altercation with the deceased, due to which, she has committed suicide.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that they are married Nanad and Nandosi of the deceased. They have nothing to do with the said occurrence. There is general allegation of altercation of deceased with the petitioners and other accused persons.

Having heard both sides, considering the above

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45226 of 2019(3) dt.21-10-2019 2/2 submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Gaya, in connection with Paraiya P. S. Case No. 183 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
