2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Patahi P.S. Case No. 63 of 2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)a/26/35 and 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per allegation, the informant along with his brother and nephew was going to the house of the informant's uncle on the occasion of Holi. In the meantime, the accused persons came there and started assaulting the informant by means of lathi and garansa. Further, they started firing on the informant, his brother and nephew, but they were survived. It is further alleged that on getting information, police reached there and the empty cartridge and live cartridges were handed over to the police.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has further submitted that no injury was found on the person of the informant. He has also submitted that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and is under custody since 18.04.2024.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Motihari at East Champaran in connection with Patahi P.S. Case No. 63 of 2024, subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
