The writ application prays for execution/implementation of the order dated 28.11.2012 issued by the respondent- Deputy Inspector General of Police directing the respondent-Superintendent of Police, Rohtas to implement the previous order issued on 20th of July 2000 (Annxure-1). It is stated that under the aforesaid order, the petitioner, being the Inspector of State Prevention of Cruelty against Animals (SPCA), was allowed to function even when the dispute with regard to the post of Secretary SPCA exists. This Court would be

If the order of the respondent-DIG is not being implemented, the petitioner may approach the higher/ appellate authority ventilating the aforesaid grievance. Mr. Kumar States that the petitioner would approach the Director General of Police or the competent authority of the State respondents. The writ application stands disposed of granting petitioner the said liberty.

Needless to observe, if any such application/representation is filed without further loss of time, the same shall receive due consideration at the hands of the concerned respondent(s).
