Patna High Court CWJC No.13410 of 2019(7) dt.26-09-2019 2/3 practitioners to participate in the six months' certificate course in Community Health for which Advertisement No. 4 of 2019 was issued.
The learned counsel for the State Shri S.D. Yadav fairly submits that in view of the recommendation made by the Central Council of Homeopathy dated 03rd April, 2018, prescribing therein to permit the Homeopathy practitioner to join bridge programme in Community Health as also upon having a detailed discussion with the Principal Secretary, Health Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, it has been decided that there is no impediment or harm in case the Homeopathy and the Unani practitioners are permitted to join the six months' certificate course in Community Health. Having regard to the stand of the State Government especially the Principal Secretary, Health Department, Government of Bihar, Patna as communicated to this Court by Sri S.D. Yadav, learned counsel for the respondent State, it is directed that the Homepathy and the Unani practitioners would also be eligible to participate in the 6th months certificate course in Community Health which is only for the purposes of upgrading the skill of such practitioners.
At this stage, the learned counsel appearing for the
Patna High Court CWJC No.13410 of 2019(7) dt.26-09-2019 3/3 State Health Society submits that in view of the stand taken by the State Government, the Society does not have to make any contrary submissions.
