JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-09-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Puraini P.S. Case No. 11 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner neither the owner of the mobile nor of the vehicle in question. During investigation nothing has come suggesting complicity of this petitioner in the alleged offence. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35659 of 2017(3) dt.18-09-2017 2/2 furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Udakishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Puraini P.S. Case No. 11 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
