JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR) 25-10-2019 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 10.05.2019 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 953 of 2019.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that inadvertently, the Registration Number, Engine Number and Chassis Number of the vehicle in question has wrongly been stated in the petition. The same has been sought to be corrected by way of an affidavit in the present petition. We have seen the records and we find that the seizurelist also refers to a different Registration Number, Engine

Patna High Court MJC No.2494 of 2019(3) dt.25-10-2019 2/2 Number and Chassis Number.

As such, we are of the view that the Registration Number, Engine Number and Chassis Number, as stated in the order dated 10.05.2019, has wrongly been typed and it be substituted with the correct numbers which is "Registration No. BR30U4934, Chassis No. MBLJAR028JGF58925 and Engine No. JA06ERJGF69212."

The application stands allowed and the order dated 10.05.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 953 of 2019 stands modified to the extent indicated above.
