2. The present application has been filed by the petitioner for taking action against the Circle Officer, Chhapra Sadar and his sub-ordiante staffs.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent No. 05 has appeared and filed his counter affidavit in which it is stated by the respondent No. 05 that there is a dispute between the petitioner and the respondent No. 05 with regard to a piece of land and to pressurize the circle office, this kind of frivolous application has been filed.

4. This Court will not act in such kinds of personal disputes.
