The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Fulwariya P.S. Case No.76 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner, who is 72 years old, is mother-in-law of the deceased and the marriage was solemnized in 2010. Considering the age of the petitioner and there is no chance of her absconding, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
