JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 11-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned APP appearing on behalf of the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bind P.S. Case No.29 of 2017, registered under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that after solemnization of marriage, all the accused persons were making further demand of dowry and used to torture her as the demand of dowry was not fulfilled. It is further alleged that they after killing her disposed of her dead body.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that these two petitioners have no concern with the matrimonial affair of the informant's daughter. Petitioner no.1 is the cousin married nanad

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let petitioners, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Bind P.S. Case No.29 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
