The petitioners seek bail in Patna Kotwali P.S. Case No. 504 of 2014 for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are not named in the F.I.R. Names of the petitioners have been disclosed by the spy of the police. Petitioner No.2 is said to have confessed his guilt, but the police, except the confessional statement of Petitioner No.1, did not collect any tangible evidence to show the involvement of the petitioner in snatching of chain. The petitioners are in jail since 24.08.2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42287 of 2014 (3) dt.13-02-2015 2/2 named above, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 504 of 2014.
