From perusal of the record, it appears that the petitioner has filed this application for quashing of cognizance taking order dated 31.7.2014 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist class, Gaya in Gurua P.S.Case No.11 of 2012 (G.R.No.118 of 2012), by which cognizance was taken for the offences under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

In view of the above facts, this application is dismissed as not pressed.
