The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences under Sections 376 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant made allegation that the petitioner, who happens to be the elder brother of her husband, entered into her house and caught hold of her breasts and on alarm being raised, the petitioner fled away.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of enmity and family feud, the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case.
