JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 12-09-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Pakari Dayal P.S. Case No. 136 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under sections 376, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioners have been made accused only because they are father and uncle of the co-accused, Chandan Sahani. There is no specific allegation against these petitioners. Specific allegation is against other co-accused. Petitioners have no concern with the alleged offence.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the
