2. This writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- (i) For direction upon authorities to consider the case of the petitioner for grant of license on compassionate ground under public distribution system to the petitioner whose father died on 02.06.2020 at the age of 54 years. (ii) Any other order or orders as your lordship may deem fit and proper and in the facts and circumstances of the case.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that that even though, the petitioner has given number of representations to the authorities yet the authorities have not taken any decision on his representations.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that petitioner may be permitted to file a fresh representation before the concerned authority, and the same may be considered in accordance with law.

5. Having regard to the same, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation before the concerned authorities ie respondent no. 2 along with all necessary documents. On such representation be made, the same shall be disposed of in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks thereof.

6. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
