1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325 326, 307, 447, 448, 452 and 120(b) of the Indian Penal Code as well as Sections 25(1-B)a, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act.
3. The S.H.O. and the I.O. of the case in compliance of the order dated 18.10.2024 are present in the Court.
4. Learned A.P.P., based on instruction of the S.H.O., submits that petitioner is named in the FIR and is alleged to have fired causing injury to the father and mother of the informant. It is further submitted that the injury suffered by the injured is grievous in nature as has been recorded at paras 130 and 131 of the case diary.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner is not in a position to rebut the said submission of the learned A.P.P.
6. Considering the nature of allegation as alleged and the injury suffered by the injured, the Court is not inclined to release the petitioner on bail in connection with G.R. No. 5816 of 2023 arising out of Katra (Jaguar O.P.) P.S. Case No. 295 of 2023 pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur (East)/Successor Court.
7. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
8. The personal appearance of the S.H.O. and the I.O. is dispensed with.
