No. 43121 of 2019 wherein due to typographical error the word "three petitioners" has been used in paragraph no. 3 on page no. 1 and on two places on page no. 2 of the order.

On going through the records of the case and the order dated 27.09.2019, I find that the said typographical error has been committed in the order dated 27.09.2019. The word " three petitioners" mentioned in paragraph no. 3 on page 1 and on two

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43121 of 2019(4) dt.16-10-2019 2/2 places on page no. 2 of the order dated 27.09.2019 should be read as "four petitioners"

The order dated 27.09.2019 stands modified to the above extent.
