Learned counsel representing Bihar State Road Transport Corporation submits that the petitioner has been filing repeated contempt application before this Court alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 06.02.2015 passed in Civil Writ Jurisdiction Case No. 237 of 2015.
It is submitted that earlier in the year 2015 itself the petitioner had filed two contempt applications, in one contempt application bearing MJC No. 2816 of 2015 when the matter was called out on 27.06.2018 before a learned co-ordinate Bench, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner. The Corporation filed
Patna High Court MJC No.1653 of 2016(2) dt.14-08-2018 2/2 his show cause submitting that the entire dues have been paid to the petitioner. Taking note of the stand of the Corporation, the said contempt application was dismissed as having become infructuous.
In the aforesaid view of the matter, this second contempt application, in earlier and identical matter, is fit to be dismissed. This Court finds force in the submission of learned counsel representing Bihar State Road Transport Corporation. This contempt petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
