JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 27-07-2018 This writ application was preferred in the year 2015 with a prayer to direct the Court below to dispose off the Criminal Appeal No. 2 of 2015 then pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Sitamarhi.
The petitioner had also questioned the genuiness of the certificate produced by respondent no. 2 which is said to have been obtained after conviction order was passed in Sessions Trial No.35/2009/17/2009 dated 27th June, 2012. This Court has published a general notice in the cause list requesting the learned counsel for the petitioner in old cases of Cr.WJC to come prepared with the information as to the present position of the investigation and the proceeding before the Court below, however, when the
Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.1235 of 2015 (3) dt.27-07-2018 matter was called, no one appears to press this application. Learned counsel for the State is present.
