Mr. Kumar submits that the name of the father of the petitioners was wrongly stated to be Jagdish Pathak in place of Lalbabu Pathak.

He, therefore, prays that in the order dated 09.09.2021 the name of the father of petitioners be read as 'Lalbabu Pathak' in place of Jagdish Pathak. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Dumraon P.S. Case No. 43 of 2018 dated 09.02.2018 instituted for the offences under

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3671 of 2021(4) dt.10-12-2021 2/2 Sections 147, 148, 149, 448, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

By order dated 09.09.2021, case diary was called for and the petitioners were granted provisional bail.

The specific act of assault on the mother of the informant is attributed to the father of petitioners viz. Lalbabu Pathak. It appears from the injury reports of the victims that all of them have received simple injuries. Regard being had to the aforestated facts and taking into account the background of enmity between the two families, the provisional bail granted to the petitioners is, hereby, confirmed.

The petitioner shall remain on the same bail bonds.
