Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for offence punishable under sections 365/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Son of the informant was abducted by the FIR named accused persons including the petitioners. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case due to previous enmity.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits that there is specific allegation against these petitioners that they abducted informant's son.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57734 of 2021(2) dt.04-07-2022 2/2 Petitioners have the criminal antecedent.

In view of the nature of allegation, prayer for bail of the petitioners is refused with direction to surrender and seek regular bail which would be considered and disposed of on its own merit without prejudice.
