Patna High Court CWJC No.24232 of 2013 (2) dt.18-07-2016 2/2 In substance, the petitioner claims protection of life in order to safeguard himself as well as his property. In so far as the subject properties are concerned, it is stated that an order has been passed in his favour by the court in a proceeding under Section 144 of Cr.P.C. The life of the order obviously has been expired.
The petitioner may approach the court of competent jurisdiction for ventilation of his grievance in so far as the subject property is concerned. If there is any threat to his life, then it will be open to the petitioner to either approach the District Security Committee or the Superintendent of Police of the district for providing him security either on payment of fee or without fee. If any such application is filed, I am sure, the same shall receive due consideration and disposal at the hands of the respondent(s).
The writ application is disposed of.
