JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 08-05-2023 Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed the present writ application against the orders, passed by the Block Education Officer, Goh, Aurangabad and the Member Secretary, Panchayat Employment Unit, Goh, Aurangabad, whereby the petitioner has been directed to hand over charge in favour of respondent no. 10 and further direction to initiate disciplinary proceeding against the

Patna High Court CWJC No.12281 of 2022(4) dt.08-05-2023 2/2 petitioner for not handing over the charge and subsequently the charge has been given to respondent no. 10. He further submits that the impugned orders are appealable before the District Appellate Authority. Accordingly, he seeks permission to withdraw this writ application with liberty to file appeal before the District Appellate Authority.

Permission is granted.

This application is dismissed as withdrawn, with the liberty aforesaid.
