2. With the consent of both the parties, this writ application is being disposed of at this stage itself.

3. In the present writ application, the petitioner has prayed for the grant of following reliefs:- (i) For issuance of an appropriate writ(s), order(s), direction(s) for direction to the respondent authorities to not disturb the function of the Bisfi Block Fisheries Co-operative Society Limited Kataiya which is working since 25.08.2022 in which petitioner is Minister-cum-Cashier of abovesaid society limited during the pendency of revision Case No. 137 of 2023 and to grant any other relief(s) for which peittioner may found entitled in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if an appropriate direction be issued by this Court to the Registrar, Co-operative Society, Patna, Bihar to dispose of the pending Revision Case No. 137 of 2023 which has been filed by the petitioner and has been pending before him since 2023, within a fixed time frame.

5. The aforesaid prayer being made by learned counsel for the petitioner is not opposed by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent-State.

6. Considering the limited nature of prayer being made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of directing the Registrar, Co-operative Society, Patna, Bihar to dispose of the pending Revision Case No. 137 of 2023 filed by the petitioner within four months from the date of production of a copy of this order by the petitioner.

7. With the aforesaid observation/direction, this writ application is disposed of. All pending interlocutory application(s), if any, shall also be deemed to have been disposed of.
