3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been extended 1st A.C.P. For want of eligibility, the remaining benefits have not been extended to the petitioner and to that effect an order has been passed on 08.07.2021.

In the light of the aforesaid submission, the present writ petition stands disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioner to question the validity of order dated 08.07.2021 by which the petitioner's claim has been rejected, if so advised.
