1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State.
2. This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Pakridayal Police Station Case No. 312 of 2019, dated 03.10.2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The prosecution case, as per the First Informant Report, is that four persons riding on two Motorcycles intercepted the informant and looted a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- from him.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and he has not committed any offence in the manner alleged. He further submits that the name of the petitioner has

No.51012 of 2024(2) dt.09-08-2024 2/2 transpired on the basis of confessional statement of coaccused Munna Kumar and no incriminating material has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. He also submits that co-accused Munna Kumar, Rajendra Sahani and Chhotan Sahni have been granted regular bail by this Court, vide orders passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 22867, 25111 and 24431 of 2020 respectively.
5. Regards being had to the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties and taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner has criminal antecedents inasmuch as seven criminal cases of similar nature of offence are pending against him, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
